Security Policy

Introduction
This security policy sets out the measures that Merchant Trading, LLC, doing business as Merchant Brokerage, LLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) will implement to protect our assets, including our information, people, and physical assets. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and other authorized users of our resources.

Information Security
We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect our information assets against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures will include, but are not limited to:

• Reporting any security incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Keeping their login credentials and other sensitive information secure
• Following best practices for information security, such as using strong passwords and keeping software up
