Terms and Conditions:

Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Merchant Trading, LLC, doing business as Merchant Brokerage, LLC (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and the client (“You”, “Your”) in relation to the brokerage services provided by Us to You. By using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided
We provide brokerage services for non-real estate commercial loans. We do not deal with real estate loans. We work with a network of lenders to find loan options that match Your financial needs and goals. Our services are provided on a “no fee to client” basis, which means that You will not be charged any fees for our services. All fees and commissions are paid by the lender. Additionally, we do not take any advanced fees from our clients.

Matching You with Suitable Lenders
We will use the information provided by You to match You with suitable lenders. We will provide You with information about the loan options that are available, including the interest rate, repayment terms, and any other relevant details. We will also assist You with the loan application and approval process.

No Conflict of Interest
By operating on a “no fee to client” basis and not taking advanced fees, we ensure that our interests are aligned with Yours. We are not incentivized to steer You towards loans with higher fees or commissions, and we will always prioritize Your best interests.

Responsibilities of the client
You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information about Your financial situation and loan requirements. You must also comply with any requirements set by the lender during the loan application and approval process.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability to You in connection with any product or service purchased through Us is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product or service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates Your acceptance of the new Terms.

By using our services, You confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that You agree to be bound by them. If You do not agree to these Terms, You should not use our services.
